Kathleen started her career in Los Angeles in 1986. She relocated to Washington State in 1996 for a position with Goldwell hair care products, where she managed the Education Department and was responsible for developing creative technique classes and seminars.

Kathleen has worked with various hair industry manufacturers and is involved in numerous hair trade organizations. She has styled hair for photo shoots, events and commercials. Prior to coming to Salon Cerchio, she owned the Kreative Edge salon for eleven years in Redmond. She believes that being “behind the chair” takes great creative thinking, technique and experience.
